The Avis APP has GPS to direct the customer to the lot and bus stop. It also tracks where the buses are and gives a time frame of how long he bus will arrive. Tap on “Track the Bus” on the APP.
- Using the APP you tap on “My Car” at the bottom of the app.
- Tap “Unlock” or “Lock”
- Customer must enter their password or TouchID in order to flash the lights. This is the same password as avis.com

Additional drivers need to stop by the counter to fill out the additional driver form.
- Preferred customers renting at Connected Locations have the option to Exchange or Upgrade using the app.
- The App shows information of the assigned vehicle such as: make, model, color, year, MPG and how many passengers the car will accommodate.
- Tap “My Car” located at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap “Change Vehicle” below the car image.
- The “Confirm Vehicle” button is located to the left.
