AIRLINE PASSENGER: Proceed to check in desk in Baggage claim area. Once checked in, head to car rental area following signs and sheltered walkway. It is about a 3 minute walk from terminal. If required, there is a shuttle bus from 0500-0000hrs that runs every 15-30mins.
LOCAL RENTER: Exit M42 Jn 6-Follow signs to car hire
PREFERRED SERVICE: Avis preferred renters can go straight to Avis desk in car park to collect the keys and documentation.
OUT OF HOURS: Park car in AVIS/BUDGET bay in car hire return. Then take key to AVIS/BUDGET desk located in baggage claim in the terminal building. Keybox is located to the right of the budget desk.
